I have been providing fine dining for over five years, with great success to our guests here at The Old Church Bed & Breakfast set within the quaint historic Village of Muirkirk, surrounded by the rolling Ayrshire uplands.

I have been baking and bread making for over twenty years at home, selling my delicious treats in our local village for some time and further a field for special occasions, I have long had a passion to share my knowledge and skills with those around me, having watched my Mother and Grandmother before me bake daily...



...I  love to share my knowledge and passion for fine home baking, bringing back the lost art of basic, good food and so started Lesley's Kitchen.

Think about it - processed bread contains around 22 ingredients, whereas 'real' bread only has 4! With flour, yeast, salt and water, mixed with a little elbow grease, know-how and time, you too can produce the most delicious bread ever tasted.

The courses are fun, interesting and a great learning experience, without breaking the bank to attain these long lost skills.
