Course Booking Conditions

Once you have decided upon which course you would like to attend and which date suits yourself, you can email us via our enquiry form,you will then be emailed with all details regarding your chosen course.

Only then will your place booking reservation invoice be sent via PayPal or we can take Debit or Credit card details via phone or email, we have merchant service at Lesleys Kitchen Bread School.

Places will only be secured once full payment has been received.

We can accept credit and debit cards, cash, BACS payment or PayPal (which is our preferred method of payment, meaning you can pay by using an existing PayPal account or a Debit or Credit card) which is sent out via a booking reservation invoice with a pay now button attached (if you are unsure of any of the above processes, please do not hesitate to contact Lesley or David on 01290 660045)

**Please note that Courses are not booked until full payment has been received, upon receipt of your payment, your place confirmation and receipt will be emailed to yourself**. 



TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Please check the date that you wish to book, as we are unable to issue refunds and we advise you to take out insurance if you are travelling from abroad to do one of our residential courses of three or five days of duration.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a class, you will be given the option to book another class of the same value, which can be used within the following 12 months, if you have a gift voucher, these are valid for twelve calender months and extensions will be given if required.

Lesleys Kitchen Bread School reserves the right to cancel or change a course, in these circumstances Lesleys kitchen Bread School will offer an alternative date or course and offer the student either a transfer to this date or an alternative course.

Lesleys Kitchen Bread School is unable to offer any refunds should you decide to cancel or unable to attend your course. It is advised that students arrange adequate insurance to cover unforeseen events such as adverse weather, illness or cancellation of a course for which travel and accommodation costs have been incurred.

We will of course where ever possible try to accommodate a transfer of date or course if given sufficient notice.
